There's a sense of an overall mass of hair, particularly in the longer sections, though in the shorter curls there's a tendency to draw single strands, which can look a bit stringy. Try to identify highlights that go across the hair (often with straight, shiny hair you'll see a highlight that runs across the side of the head). Use an eraser to lift off the highlight, then draw back over slightly to suggest the hair texture. With very unruly hair it can be particularly challenging to get a good texture.
