Take a deep breath, me hardies. You’re almost done. It might seem like there’s a lot to draw in this step, but there isn’t. The hat is made up of a few simple lines. You might notice that the feather in his hat is going in the opposite direction of his coat. This will help to imply that he is twisting toward you, and that he is moving rather than simply standing in the wind. It makes the pose more exciting, while being a small and subtle detail.
