Hi, my name is Brett Shelp, I am from Nevada. I have only recently began to submit my cartoons to web. I presently am using a simple paint program. I first draw the cartoon 7x7 ", I then scan it to a paint program where I clean it up and add color. The last thing I do is add the caption and the name. I am always looking for better techniques. They are definetly a work in progress.
