A Sticky Point:
Use blu-tack to erase small areas of graphite, by squishing it to a point and dotting the surface. Use like a kneadable eraser, folding to a clean surface as required.

The Brush Off:
Use a soft squirrel-hair mop brush to dust off eraser particles from your drawing.
Keep it Clean:
Inexpensive cotton gloves (the kind you can get at the supermarket or a photography store) with the fingertips cut out are just the thing for keeping paper clean and free of fingerprints, especially in hot weather.
