| Artist's Statement: 'Per Helens suggestion after I sent in the Pup sketch, I went to about.com's tutorials and read about how to draw hair. And did this one. Am very pleased with the results.
I had a bit of problems with the bow. And after several suggestions
decided to add a tiny bit of color. think it turned out pretty well. Thanks Helen for your suggestions. '

'I'm so glad you found the tutorials helpful. You've certainly done a well with Andy's hair - it must have been quite a challenge! You've caught the light in the eyes too. Normally I'm not keen on colored pencil in an otherwise monochrome drawing, but you've kept it subtle and I think it works fine. Congratulations on a great drawing!'
