| Artist's Statement: 'This is a drawing related to biology. Its kinda abstract. I drew this when i was doing my 'A' Levels few years ago. It shows mitosis, meiosis process, monocots, dicots' development stages. All the processes have been embedded within a flower. You can see style, stigma, sepals, petals, anthers, filaments, ovary, ovules and other elements or organisms that help in the process of pollination. There's a girl and a boy holding hands on top of stigma. This is the first place where the pollen grains land and the process of pollination initiates. Also the overall drawing also signifies a hot air balloon.' |
