Draw a Leprechaun for St. Patrick's Day

Guest artist Shawn Encarnacion has drawn this fantastic Leprechaun Cartoon for St. Patrick's Day. He looks pretty complicated but you'll be amazed how simple he is when you follow Shawn's easy steps. I've used Corel Painter 4 to add a bit of Irish Green!
