Draw a Tropical Fish

Use pencils or your computer paint program to draw this easy tropical fish. To make a scrapbook border, draw some facing different directions (or just 'flip horizontal' on your computer) and with varying colors, and stick them on a wavy piece of green 'seaweed'.
