Sketch of the Day: Menorah

I love the symbolism of the Tree of Life, so when I decided to explore some Jewish images, I thought I'd incorporate that idea in my sketch of the Menorah. I don't know much about Judaism, in part because the Jewish community in Australia is quite small compared to that in the USA, and I haven't been exposed to it. Pictures are a great way to explore symbolism and ideas - you can visually express connections that would be difficult to explain using words.
