Book Review - The Colored Pencil by Bet Borgeson

Saturday November 19, 2005
The Colored PencilFirst published 20 years ago, Bet Borgeson's 'The Colored Pencil' hasn't been surpassed as an introduction to the medium. The original was great, but the updated version is a must-have for those getting into colored pencil. The use of the medium is thoroughly explored, with ample illustrations, and the accompanying artwork is inspirational. It would make a great gift for an older teen, along with some Prismacolor colored pencils.
