Naming Drawings - Tips on Choosing Titles

What's in a Name? Plenty! Titles are our opportunity to get the viewer on our wavelength. A pretentious title is sure to put people on the back foot, while sentimentality might cause a critic to write you off as a 'chocolate-box' artist. Which is fine - except if you are showing in a trendy city gallery. The title must be appropriate to the subject, your art and your audience. Check out these tips on finding a title for your drawing.
